- 1 cup of yogurt Greek yogurt, regular yogurt, or plant-based yogurt
- 1/2 cup of fresh fruit e.g., berries, bananas, mango, kiwi, etc.
- 1/4 cup of granola or nuts/seeds for a crunchy layer
- Optional: honey maple syrup, or agave for sweetness
- Optional: chia seeds flaxseeds, or shredded coconut for extra nutrition
Prepare the Fruit: Wash and chop your chosen fruits into bite-sized pieces. Layer the Parfait:In a glass or bowl, start with a layer of yogurt (about 1/3 of the cup). Add a layer of fruit on top of the yogurt. Sprinkle a layer of granola or nuts/seeds over the fruit. Repeat the layers until the glass or bowl is filled, finishing with a layer of yogurt or fruit on top. Add Toppings:Drizzle with honey, maple syrup, or agave if desired. Sprinkle with chia seeds, flaxseeds, or shredded coconut for extra texture and nutrition. Serve:Enjoy immediately to keep the granola crunchy, or refrigerate for up to 2 hours if preparing ahead.
